Purchase of the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 September 2009 it purchased
for cancellation 35,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 48.35 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,824,397 Ordinary Shares and
11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
