The Company was informed on 29 January 2015 by David Cheyne that, following the
sale of an aggregate of 81,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("
Ordinary Shares") during the month of January 2015, David Cheyne now has an
interest in 300,420 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.6% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
