Facility Agreement

The Company announces that it has entered into a £5,000,000 secured
multicurrency revolving loan facility agreement with Scotiabank Europe PLC for
the purpose of pursuing its investment objective. The facility is available for
one year and interest will be payable on amounts drawn down at the rate of 1.20
percent above the British Bankers' Association Interest Settlement Rate at the
time of draw down.
