    In the news release, Fiat (NYSE: FIA) and GM (NYSE: GM) Sign Separation 
Agreement, issued on Friday, 13, May 2005 by General Motors Corporation, we are 
advised by the company that the CONTACT Gualberto Ranieri,  39-335-605-5040, is 
of Fiat S.p.A., rather than General Motors Corporation as originally issued 
inadvertently.
