B Share Buyback - Share price confirmation

At the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24 July 2014,
shareholders will be asked to approve a contract for the purchase by the
Company of 3,558,009 B ordinary shares from James Kendrick Morgan and Fiona
MacDonald Hewitt as the executors of the estate of the late Mrs Sylvia Bridget
Stuart. The contract states that the consideration for the shares is 10% of the
average closing mid-market price of an A ordinary share in the capital of the
Company on 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 July 2014 as derived from the London Stock
Exchange Daily Official List.


The Company is now able to confirm that the purchase price will be 95.75p per
share.
