NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company received a notification yesterday from the Executors of the estate
of Audrey Earle informing it that they have sold on 21 October 500,000 `A'
ordinary 40p shares of the Company to settle an inheritance tax liability. This
will take their holding from 1,338,975 down to 838,975 shares, representing
2.61% of the issued `A' ordinary share capital of the Company.

Accordingly the estate of Audrey Earle no longer holds a notifiable interest in
the Company's shares.
