Results of General Meeting

At a General Meeting held on 10 November 2009, the Resolutions set out in the
Prospectus dated 15 October 2009 in relation to (i) the adoption of the New
Investment Policy and (ii) the issue of Subscription Shares and the adoption of
New Articles of Association were passed without amendment.
