that, as at the close of business on 11 July 2003, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd
had an interest in 2,967,986 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (representing
3.02% of the shares in issue). These shares are registered in the name of J.P.
Morgan Securities Limited.
