Anglo African Agriculture plc

(“AAA” or the “Company”)

Resignation of Director and Update

The Company announces today that, with effect from 31 December 2105, Craig Forbes will be stepping down as Chief Executive of the Company and will be leaving the Board of AAA.  Craig has worked with the Company's subsidiary, Dynamic Intertrade, for 8 years and wishes to pursue other interests.

The Board would like to thank Craig for his work as CEO of AAA and Dynamic Intertrade and in particular for completing the relocation of the food processing operations to Cape Town, successfully installing a Steam Steriliser and obtaining FSSC accreditation.  The Board is currently in the advanced stages of appointing a new CEO of Dynamic Intertrade.  We hope to be in a position to announce this early in the New Year.

The Board is also having discussions with two parties regarding a possible corporate action but we cannot guarantee the completion of either.  As the Board has said before we recognise the need for any corporate action to deliver shareholder value.

Going forward the Board will only comprise two Non-Executive Directors, Andrew Monk (Non-Executive Chairman) and George Roach. The Board recognises the need to appoint a further director and this is being pursued.

The Board expects to announce its full year results for the year ended 31 October 2015 by the end of January 2016.
