On 21 June, IBL was informed that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium

Special Situations Fund now holds 5,030,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

This holding represents 14.97% of the total voting rights of the Company.

On 22 June the Company also received notification that Universities
Superannuation Ltd has an interest in 1,790,000 ordinary shares, which
represents 5.33% of the total voting rights of the Company.
