The Company was yesterday informed that, following a sale by Allianz Cornhill
Insurance plc ('Cornhill') of 50,000 shares (registered in the name of Bank of
New York (Nominees) Limited) on 19 July 2005, Allianz AG and subsidiaries
together with Cornhill no longer hold a disclosable interest in the shares of
International Brand Licensing plc.
