Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc
(the "Company")

Last year the Company declared total dividends of 2.19p for the initial
thirteen month period to 31 May 2012 (2.02p on an annualised basis). Today the
Company has declared a fourth interim dividend of 0.84 pence per ordinary share
in respect of the year ending 31 May 2013. This represents a 4% growth in the
dividend on an annualised basis.

This dividend will be payable on 31 August 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the
register on 28 June 2013. The ex-dividend date will be 26 June 2013.
