THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC
In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Paul Craig,
a non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive
director of Ground Rents Income Fund PLC on 11 July 2012. Ground Rents Income
Fund listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange with effect from 13 August 2012.
