the Listing Rules, the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2011 has been
uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for

  * Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting; and
   
  * Form of Proxy/Letter of Direction.
   
The Company has also today filed its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June
2011 on Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
