                              Notifiable Interest                              

The Company has today been notified by Gartmore Investment Management plc that
Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global
Partners have increased their notifiable interest in the Company following a
purchase of 550,000 shares at 5.9p on 9th January 2006 and that the resulting
holdings are as follows:
