                          Further re: Change of name                           

Further to the results of annual general meeting announcement on 6 December
2010, the Company announces that the change of name to `Conroy Gold and Natural
Resources plc' has now taken effect. The Company expects to begin trading on
AIM as Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM Ticker: CGNR) from 8.00am
tomorrow. The Company expects to begin trading on the ESM markets under the new
name from 8.00am on 28 January 2011.
