CLS Holdings plc was informed on 15 June 2007 that Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP
holds 2,556,206 Ordinary Shares in the Company (carrying the same number of
voting rights). This holding represents 3.61% of the total issued share capital
(and voting rights) of the Company.
