The company was notified on 15th November by Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Ltd, on behalf of Lloyds TSB Group plc, Lloyds TSB Bank plc and
Scottish Widows Group Limited, that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd
now hold a notifiable interest in 5,026,044 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company, representing 5.94% of the total shares in issue. Of this interest
2,841,995 shares are material interests, representing 3.36% of the total shares
in issue.
