DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 16th August 2004 that UBS Global Asset Management
Holding (No.2) Ltd, through its subsidiary company UBS Global Asset Management
Life Ltd, now holds a notifiable interest in 4,535,214 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company representing a decrease from 6.43% to 5.36% of the total
shares in issue.
