DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The company was notified on 1st June that Prudential plc and one of its
subsidiary companies, namely The Prudential Assurance Company Limited, have
reduced their notifiable interest to 3,315,231 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company representing a reduction from 4.27% to 3.92% of the total shares in
issue.
