Non-executive Director, that he has purchased 15,000 Ordinary 5p shares,
representing 0.014% of the shares in issue, on the 16th September 2008. The
purchase was at a price of 115.77p. Following this transaction Peter Mason's
holding is 17,500 shares, representing 0.016% of the shares in issue.
