yesterday purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 208.70p each.

Following this transaction W van Heesewijk holds 15,000 Ordinary shares
(representing 0.09% of the issued class of capital). These shares are
registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Limited.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 328 of the Companies Act.
