Company, purchased 5 Ordinary shares at a price of 210p each on 28 September
2007. The shares were purchased pursuant to dividend reinvestment via the
monthly Chelverton Savings Plan.

Following this transaction Mr William van Heesewijk holds 24,082 Ordinary
shares (representing 0.15% of the issued class of capital).
