Chelverton Growth Trust PLC
The Company announces that it purchased today 50,000 Ordinary 1p shares for
treasury at a price of 39p per share, pursuant to the authority granted at its
Annual General Meeting held on 20 December 2006.
Following this transaction the number of shares in issue remains at 18,141,939,
of which 607,770 are now held in treasury.
The total voting rights figure is now 17,534,169.
