The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 228,356 ordinary shares in the
Company on 16th August 2010 at a price of 699.82p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,149,135 shares in Treasury
and has 613,328,560 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
