The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22nd July 2010 at a price of 737.50p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 11,727,694 shares in Treasury
and has 615,750,001 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
