The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 133,545 ordinary shares in the
Company on 29th November 2010 at a price of 661.96p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 14,763,054 shares in Treasury
and has 612,714,641 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
