The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 558,693 ordinary shares in the
Company on 29th June 2010 at a price of 759.59p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 10,192,962 shares in Treasury
and has 617,284,733 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
