The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 77,223 ordinary shares in the
Company on 8th June 2010 at a price of 768.82p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 8,885,847 shares in Treasury and
has 618,591,848 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
