Results of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of The Capita Group Plc today all the resolutions
set out in the Notice of the Meeting were approved by the shareholders on a
show of hands.

Full details of the proxy votes lodged by post and electronically for each
resolution are available on our website www.capita.co.uk

Copies of the special business resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting
have been submitted to the FSA, pursuant to 9.6.2 of the UK Listing Rules and
will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which
is situated at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
