L&G notify voting rights of 4.13%

Legal & General Group plc notified the Company on 14 January 2011 that as at 12
January 2011 it held voting rights in respect of 7,858,481 shares of Bodycote
plc representing 4.13% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital
(previously 3.91% on 19 March 2009).
