Exercise of Options

 

On 7 March 2013, the Company was notified that on 6 March 2013 the
following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2010 Bodycote Investment Plan. Once
exercised, the shares were sold.
