On 28 October 2009, the Company received notification from Kenneth Murray, a
Director of the Company, that Blue Planet Investments Ltd, a company owned and
controlled by him has reduced the number of shares pledged as security under
various bank loan agreements to 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
