Change in Directorate:

The Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Caroline Burton as a non
executive director of the Company with effect from 27 July 2011.

Caroline Burton has many years of experience in investment management. She was
formerly executive director/investments at Guardian Royal Exchange plc and is
currently a non executive director of TR Property Investment Trust plc and of
Rathbone Brothers plc and a member of the Management Committee of Hermes
Property Unit Trust. She was previously a director of The Advantage Property
Income Trust Limited.

Ms Burton currently has no interest in any of the ordinary shares of the
Company.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Section 9.6.13R
(1-6) of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Retirement of a Director:

Mr John Davies will retire as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee
with effect from 27 July 2011. The Board would like to thank John for his
valuable contribution and wise counsel over the last 12 years.

Mr Nicholas Fry will succeed Mr Davies as Chairman of the Audit Committee and
Mrs Gillian Nott will become Senior Independent Director upon his retirement.
