Directorate Changes

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Ruck Keene as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Ruck Keene succeeds Dr Graham Birch, who retired as a non-executive director
at the conclusion of the Company's 2009 annual general meeting, held today, 13
March 2009.

Mr Ruck Keene has been alternate director to Dr Birch since 23 April 2007. He
is currently a director of BlackRock Absolute Return Strategies Ltd and holds
14,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

There are no other details in relation to the above appointment which require
disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.
