                           Result of General Meeting                           

The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier
today, the Resolution to approve the proposed transfer of the Company's listing
from a premium listing to a standard listing on the Official List (the
"Proposed Transfer"), was duly passed. The Proposed Transfer is expected to
take place on or around 13 July 2012.

A copy of the Resolution passed will be submitted to the Financial Services
Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
viewing online at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
