Savings Related Share Option Scheme, 3,968 Bellway p.l.c. 12.5p ordinary shares
were transferred today to the following:

On the same day, Mr Ayres transferred 1,175 Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares
to his wife, Jane Ayres for nil consideration.
