African mineral sands producer, Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that the following documents attached to this release will be distributed to members today for the company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (2023 AGM) to be held at 11.00 am (Perth time) on Friday, 24 November 2023:
