                       NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF                        
                            SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER                            

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base") wishes to advise that it has
received notification today from four associated shareholders being, Frontdeal
Ltd, Unifirm Ltd, OOO "Kapital" and Alexey Mordashov, advising that together
they hold an interest in 43,140,420 ordinary shares in Base representing 7.65%
of the Company's issued share capital, following the net acquisition of
12,428,499 ordinary shares during the period 19 April 2013 to 6 March 2015 at
prices of between A$0.09 and A$0.33 per ordinary share.

The previous notification from this group of associated shareholders was lodged
under the banner of Aterra Investments Ltd.
