Baronsmead VCT 3 Plc ("the Company") announces pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14
(2), that Anthony Townsend, a Director of the Company, has resigned as a
Director of Worldwide Healthcare Trust plc, with effect from 17 July 2013.
