Ashtead Group plc announces that on 2 April 2013 Ian Sutcliffe sold 2,200
Ashtead ordinary 10p shares at a price of 611p and his wife Maureen Sutcliffe
sold 4,166 Ashtead ordinary 10p shares at a price of 610p.
Following the sale, Ian Sutcliffe continues to beneficially hold 11,822 Ashtead
ordinary 10p shares.
