Increase in Share Capital by 1,538 Ordinary Shares

Increase in Share Capital

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,538 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ('shares')
to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 1 March 2005 and trading will
commence on 2 March 2005.

These shares are being issued by way of exercise of options under the Company's
Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares.
