Listing Rule 15.6.8 Disclosure

In accordance with its continuing obligations under Listing Rule 15.6.8, the
Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 31 January 2009, there 
was one portfolio investment, Caledonia Investments PLC (representing a total 
of approximately 0.35% of the Company's net assets), that is a listed 
investment trust which does not have a stated investment policy to invest no 
more than 15% of its gross assets in other listed investment companies or 
listed investment trusts.
