Listing Rule 15.4.11(1) Disclosure

In accordance with its continuing obligations under Listing Rule 15.4.11(1),
the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 31st May 2007, there
was one portfolio investment, Caledonia Investment Trust plc, (representing a
total of approximately 0.21% of the Company's net assets) that is a listed
investment trust which does not have a stated investment policy to invest no
more than 15% of its gross assets in other listed investment companies or
listed investment trusts.
