The Company announces that its 2004 Annual Reports & Accounts, Proxy Card and
Notice of Annual General Meeting have been mailed to all shareholders as
appropriate. The Company's AGM will be held at the Civic Suite of Wandsworth
Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 at 11:30am on Tuesday 13 July
2004.

Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
