Issue of Equity

The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on
4 April 2008 of 2,616,746 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 November
2007. 15,000 Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted to Mark Faulkner, who is a
non-executive director of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities and dealings are expected to commence within the next two weeks.

The Company now has 13,035,397 Ordinary Shares in issue.
