New Century AIM VCT – Document Announcement

Copies of the Offer for Subscription Document have been sent to the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority, located at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and will shortly available for inspection.

Please also note an amendment to the announcement dated 20^th March 2009 that the issue of equity was an Offer for Subscription. All other details remain as per that statement.
