On the 27th March 2015, the company issued, subject to
listing, 96,269 shares in a top up issue at a price of 74.841p, being 1%
above the net asset value per share, based on closing mid prices on the
26th March, 2015.
Following the issue, the company has 9,593,748 shares in issue.
Dealings are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange on or around the 2nd April, 2015.
