Allotment of shares under offer for subscription

In connection with a top up offer for subscription of 200,000 shares, dated February, 2011, the Company announces an allotment of 24,150 shares at 62.11p.
The shares were subscribed for by Rowena Cameron-Mowat, wife of Director, Ian Cameron-Mowat. The shares were subscribed for by Rowena Cameron-Mowat, wife of Director, Ian Cameron-Mowat.

Following this allotment, the Company will have 10,721,585 shares in issue
