Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Keydata AIM VCT plc's capital consists of 14,337,731 ordinary shares with voting
rights and 17,928,720 C ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares
in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 14,337,731 for ordinary shares
and 17,928,720 for C ordinary shares.

The above figures (14,337,731 and 17,928,720) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keydata
AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
